Ingredients:-Scallop - 1Lb
Coconut - Grated coconut 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves - 2 strings
Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 2tbs
Preparation:Marinate scallop with chilly powder,turmeric and salt. Heat oil in a pan and curry leaves, then add the scallop, close the pan with a lid and allow it to get cooked.
Do not add water. There will be sufficient water in the scallop for it to get cooked. When it is cooked and the water evaporates add grated coconut and mix well.
Serve hot with steamed rice
